Return Policy
We do not accept returns under normal circumstances.
Returns are only accepted if:

The product is damaged during shipment

There is a manufacturing defect
Important Conditions for Return Approval:

A clear unedited opening video of the package is mandatory

The video must show:

The sealed package

Opening of the parcel

The issue clearly visible

Requests without a video will not be approved

The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Replacement Policy
If your return request is approved:

We will provide a replacement of the same product

Replacement depends on product availability

If the product is out of stock, a store credit may be issued at our discretion
Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
