Return Policy

We do not accept returns under normal circumstances.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • You receive a wrong product

  • The product is damaged during shipment

  • There is a manufacturing defect

Important Conditions for Return Approval:

  • A clear unedited opening video of the package is mandatory

  • The video must show:

    • The sealed package

    • Opening of the parcel

    • The issue clearly visible

  • Requests without a video will not be approved

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery


Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved:

  • We will provide a replacement of the same product

  • Replacement depends on product availability

  • If the product is out of stock, a store credit may be issued at our discretion


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

All return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Adaah.
The brand’s decision will be final and binding.
