We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

- The product is unavailable

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation (in case of COD).
Cancellation requests must be made before dispatch of the product.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Adaah is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We do not accept returns unless:
- A wrong product has been delivered
- The product is damaged during shipping
An unboxing video is mandatory to process any claim.
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds or replacements will be processed only after verification.
